تعود أصول الطائرة المقاتلة F-16 إلى "برنامج المقاتلة الخفيفة" التابع للقوات الجوية الأمريكية. وقد تم وضعها في البداية كمقاتلة خفيفة للقتال النهاري ضمن النطاق البصري. دفعت الدروس المستفادة من حرب فيتنام القوات الجوية الأمريكية إلى البحث عن طائرة مقاتلة غير مكلفة نسبيًا، ويمكن إنتاجها بسرعة، وتركز أدائها على القتال قصير المدى ضمن النطاق البصري. هذا الشرط دفع تطوير الطائرة F-16. في تطورها اللاحق، تطورت الطائرة F-16 تدريجيًا إلى طائرة مقاتلة متعددة الأغراض لجميع الأحوال الجوية ذات قدرات شاملة. وهي تعتمد تصميمًا مدمجًا بين الجناح والجسم وامتدادات الحافة الأمامية، والتي لا تقلل فقط من مقاومة الطيران ولكنها تزيد أيضًا من الرفع. يمكن أن يصل معدل الدوران الفوري الأقصى لها إلى 28 درجة في الثانية، مما يمنحها أداءً ممتازًا في القتال قصير المدى.

تعليمات التثبيت (Android)
1. إعداد الملف:
- افتح ES File Explorer؛
- انتقل إلى: الذاكرة الداخلية > Android > obb؛
- حدد موقع مجلد GTA: Vice City، وأعد تسمية الملف الموجود بالداخل عن طريق إضافة .obb؛
- استخرج الملفين veh_high.img وveh_high.dir من مجلد texdb؛
- قم بفك ضغط الأرشيفات dff.zip وtxd.zip وcleo.zip (يوجد بالداخل ملفات النموذج والقوام والإطارات ونصوص CLEO).
2. استبدال النموذج عبر IMG Tool:
- افتح veh_high.img؛
- حدد موقع skimmer.dff واحذفه؛
أضف skimmer.dff غير المضغوط (F-16).
3. تثبيت القوام عبر TXD Tool:
- افتح gta3hi.txt؛
- انقر فوق رمز الصورة الأول في أسفل اليمين؛
- حدد غير مضغوط 32bpp الوضع ؛
- تحقق من جميع الصور وقم بالتأكيد؛
- انقر فوق تراكب القوام.
The F-16 fighter jet originated from the "Lightweight Fighter Program" of the United States Air Force. It was initially positioned as a lightweight fighter for day-time combat within visual range. The lessons learned from the Vietnam War prompted the United States Air Force to seek a fighter jet that was relatively inexpensive, could be produced quickly, and had its performance focused on close-range combat within visual range. This requirement drove the development of the F-16. In its subsequent development, the F-16 gradually evolved into an all-weather multi-purpose fighter jet with comprehensive capabilities. It adopts a wing-body fusion design and leading-edge extensions, which not only reduce flight resistance but also increase lift. Its maximum instantaneous turn rate can reach 28 degrees per second, giving it excellent close-range combat performance.
The model is over 220 KB in size and replaces the model skimmer.dff (seaplane). You need to prepare the ES File Explorer, TXD TOOL, and IMG TOOL.

Installation Instructions (Android)
1. File preparation:
- Open ES File Explorer;
- Go to: Internal Memory > Android > obb;
- Locate the GTA: Vice City folder, rename the file inside by adding .obb;
- Extract the veh_high.img and veh_high.dir files from the texdb folder;
- Unpack the archives dff.zip, txd.zip, cleo.zip (inside are model files, textures, tires and CLEO scripts).
2. Replacing the model via IMG Tool:
- Open veh_high.img;
- Locate and delete skimmer.dff;
Add unzipped skimmer.dff (F-16).
3. Install textures via TXD Tool:
- Open gta3hi.txt;
- Click on the first picture icon on the bottom right;
- Select Uncompressed 32bpp mode ;
- Check all images and confirm;
- Click Overlay Textures.
